Duties and Responsibilities of the Human Resource Development and Institutional Change Management Directorate

  1. Applies promotion, employment, transfer, disciplinary action, dismissal decisions.
  2. Provides timely response to questions from the agency regarding human resource management.
  3. Provides awareness training and support to increase employee discipline and competence.
  4. Facilitates access to education and training support for employees to develop their knowledge and skills; Develop and implement the Agency’s annual personnel plan and program.
  5. Manages information in a modern and efficient way.
  6. Collects and organizes human resource data for regional small and medium manufacturing industry development.
  7. It identifies and meets the annual workforce needs of the process.
  8. It informs the relevant staff of the Agency on pensions, taxes, education, employment changes and special circumstances from time to time.
  9. Conducts human resource improvement research; It also monitors its implementation.
  10. Facilitates short and long term domestic and foreign trainings to build the agency’s manpower capacity and fill the gaps; Provides training guidelines for this purpose: It also monitors their behavior.
  11. Oversees the Agency’s vehicle delivery and maintenance; Manages.

  17. Ensures that equipment and materials needed for the safety and health of the workplace are provided and used.
  18. Evaluate whether performance-based performance standards developed by the various departments within the Agency have been formulated in accordance with the Public Service Improvement Principles and Guidelines; It also suggests that they need to be corrected.
